Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness, tidiness and safety of warehouse loading dock and property.

  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

  • Accepting delivery of inventory.

  • Counting and confirming inventory.

  • Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.

  • Communicating errors to relevant parties.

  • Storing inventory in accessible manner

  • Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.

  • Building load with forklift and pallet jack.

  • Assist with general labor of the warehouse and showroom.

  •  All other duties as assigned.

Second Shift Warehouse and Dock Associate

Delivery Drivers

Responsibilities

  • Perform a safety inspection/safety check on vehicles used each day. Report any concerns to the Delivery Manager

  • Safely load and unload equipment into delivery vehicle

  • Prep equipment, if necessary, prior to loading

  • Accurately and carefully deliver and pick up equipment, maintaining proper records

  • Properly and safely install and remove rented accessories

  • Know specifics and applications of rental inventory, so you can answer customer questions upon delivery

  • Instruct customers on proper equipment operation, start equipment and review safety features with customers

  • Represent Prime Time Party Rental

  • Essential duties may change or expand from time to time.

 

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the successful candidate:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Must be insurable

  • Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs

  • Must be able to provide outstanding customer service

  • Must maintain a professional personal appearance and adhere to company attire policy

  • The successful candidate must have personal values consistent with company values of integrity, respect, accountability, initiative and team work.

General Labor

Responsibilities

  • Clean up tables, chairs, and other rented items upon return.

  • Assist warehouse staff with inventory.

  • Use power tools and machinery when needed to repair broken items.

  • Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (washing and staking chairs)

  • Report issues with equipment.

  • All other general duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.).

  • Good hand-eye coordination.

  • Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.

  • Communication and teamwork skills.

  • Commitment to safety rules.

Dock Supervisor

Requirements

Oversee and assist dock personnel to ensure proper distribution and return of equipment promptly and safely. Work with minimal supervision. Must demonstrate responsible behavior and attention to detail. The work is typically physical and demanding, both from strength and stamina requirements. Supervise the loading and unloading of vehicles/trucks in full or partial loads working with the Dispatch Manager and deliver personnel.

Additional responsibilities include assist in maintaining inventory. May operate and control loading equipment such as self propelled forklift. Must have customer service skills, friendly and profession manner. May be required to assist customers with contract and questions if necessary.

Working Conditions;

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and exposure to all ranges of weather conditions. The job requires interaction with co-workers and general public. This position does consist of frequent lifting ( must be able to lift approximately 70 pounds) and significant degree of walking, bending, lifting, lowering, reaching, twisting, pulling, pushing, carting and carrying are intermittent tasks that occur routinely. May have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene and cleaning solvents.
