As Ohio Governor Mike DeWine begins plans to reopen Ohio, we here at Prime Time Party Rental never stopped answering the phones, assisting customers with moving orders to new dates, issuing refunds for cancelled events, or just calming nerves of the unknown ahead.  Prime Time Party Rental has been supplying Dayton customers with tents and party rental supplies for 23 years and we are not about to stop in the face of COVID-19.

We have taken extensive measure to protect the health and safety of our staff and clients.  We have established new procedures that include masks and facial barriers to staff and clients, reduced occupancy rates to accommodate social distancing, increased isolation areas throughout our building and much more.  We are not taking any chances when it comes to reducing the risk of spreading COVID-19.

Our goal is to give all of our customers the best possible service and products to ensure each event is executed to the best of it's ability even during these uncertain times.

In order to make your experience with us as safe as possible, we are limiting the amount of people in our building.  Beginning May 13th an appointment is required to visit our showroom.

Appointments will be available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
